Does your in-home care agency conduct background checks on your employees?

If the caregiver does not work out, what do you do to find a replacement?

However, if for any reason the assigned caregiver is not a good fit, we will work quickly to make a change and find a new caregiver who is better suited to your loved one’s needs. Our priority is to ensure that your loved one receives the highest quality of care and support, and we will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
What if my caregiver does not show up for a scheduled shift?
At our agency, we take punctuality and reliability very seriously. While it is rare for a caregiver to miss a scheduled shift, we have implemented a system that ensures we are promptly notified in the event of a no-show. Our caregivers utilize a clock-in and clock-out system that alerts us if they fail to log in on time for their shift. This system eliminates the need for timesheets and significantly reduces the risk of missed shifts. Although we expect our caregivers to show up on time, we have contingency plans in place to ensure that your loved one’s care is not compromised. Our commitment to excellence in service means that you can rest assured that your loved one’s care is in good hands, even in the unlikely event of a missed shift.
